He is very responsive and completed the work very efficiently. Will definitely be calling him again for more painting projects. Highly recommend him. "Omar and his team led by foreman Juan Carlos have done half a dozen projects around my 120-year old row house in NW DC, and the results are fantastic every time. They built a master closet, which involved moving walls, re-routing ductwork and electrical, and finishing and painting. They also redid my living room, which involved troubleshooting and repairing an old fabric-wire circuit, installing a mounted TV with hidden wiring, and finishing and painting. "The overall job went well. The (reasonable) estimate was performed weeks in advance of work. The work required 2 days. Scheduling was agreed on, & Manny confirmed a few days before the job. Manny power washed himself, but had a co-assistant on the paint project. Communications, punctuality, and work progress was very good. The finished job met my expectations. I only wish extra paint could’ve been left for touchups; but Manny did provide me with purchase info having brand/color of sealant used. A 3 yr warranty was also provided with receipt so that’s awesome. I’ve even obtained another estimate for possible painting of my siding."

"-The whole process went very well over several days, because of weather conditions and scheduling. Josh, the owner, powerwashed the house on the first day and it worked beautifully. All the old sticky vines and mildew, etc. were gone and the house looked fantastic. Then Josh supervised the painting done by his subcontractor Kellan. Kellan showed up on time, waited for the necessary 50 degrees before he began the scraping, etc. There were a few little glitches in the painting which, when Josh and I went over the project, were speedily corrected. A couple of spot around vents in the soffits required re-doing and the struts under the bay window had to be re-scraped and painted because they weren't up to Josh's and our standards.
Throughout the process Josh was extremely professional, even refusing to take partial payment until the entire job was completed to our entire satisfaction. The cleanup for the project was very thorough. He always arrived on time as scheduled. We thought the price was fair for the amount of work and the quality of work was very good. We would definitely recommend Baltimore Power Wash to other potential customers.
