"We were VERY pleased with Mr. Bales.  He was punctual, polite and did great work.  My husband and I had a miscommunication over the purchase of the screen kit for our new sliding door and Mr. Bales went up to Menards and brought it back for me so I dind't have to load up the kids and deal with it.  I had some nice conversations about his work with Habitat for Humanity as well. "I signed the contract 10/23/19 with an expected pick up date by the end of the month. Heard on 10/30 that the transport had broken down and needed repairs. Talked to contact on 10/31 and reviewed alternative arrangements. Second transport option bailed out due to an emergency. Third option discussed. 11/05. I followed up and was told a driver was on the way. Pickup occurred 11/7 and delivery was 11/12. I paid extra for door to door service, but the transport could not navigate the residential streets, so pickup was in a mall parking lot. For the money paid, things could have gone more smoothly. Communication was okay, but given the starts and stops more wold have been better."
