"Silver completely blew my expectations out of the water. His knowledge and craftsmanship are top notch. Ran into some issues on the repair/remodel of our deck due to the previous builders. He gave great guidance and was reasonable on cost. Will 100% be using MR again."

"Barnett Fencing and Deck Restorations LLC was professional, efficient, and reliable. They arrived on time, completed the work promptly, and were very helpful throughout the entire process. I was very pleased with their workmanship and would highly recommend their services."

"David, the owner, personally came by and gave us the quote for the work. He is an honest businessman with integrity. He was easy to work with and answered all questions that were posed to him knowledgeably and amicably. He also takes great pride in his staff and employees. The employees who did the job (Joshua and Charlie) were friendly, communicative, and thorough, making sure that all leftover parts and trash were taken care of. The repaired gate looks and operates great. I asked them about keeping some of the old wood slats from the gate to repair some other slats in a nearby part of the fence and they offered to do that work while they were there at no additional charge. I had pointed out 3, they ended up replacing 5! That work also looks great. Only one minor piece of constructive criticism: the new gate has a gap near the post. It is unavoidable due to the how the mechanisms work. We had been referred to David's website to see a picture of what it might look like and did not note that. It would have been good to have an understanding of that so that we could discuss what options might be available to mitigate at the time. Still very pleased and looking forward to doing business with Ultimate Handyman, LLC again and would recommend highly."

"Love love love my new deck. The father and son did a fabulous job and I cannot praise them enough. They accomplish the deck in the time frame they stated. Quality of work was not blemished at all. Great cleanup afterwards with no trash or wood scraps left. Highly recommend these two over and over again."

"Pleasant Renovations came out and installed a new toilet for me. Brian and his partner were professional and completed the job in a timely manner. They even went out to the box store and got a replacement part that came broken in the box. If I needed any future project done, I would not hesitate to to call Pleasant Renovations."

"Everyone was professional. The crew did a great job on repairing the cracks in my drywall, like they were never there."

"Manuel was very knowledgeable about roofing construction and he knew where to seek out materials to work on our aging barrel tile roof. He was also creative in repairing the decking for the damaged part of the roof. He also suggested maintenance that we should consider. The only challenge of working with him was coordinating his schedule. Sometimes he went beyond what I would have expected and worked us in to his already busy schedule; other times he would be delayed or would cancel when he had conflicts develop. Perhaps this is a reality when you are working with a sole proprietor. We definitely plan on working with him in the future."

"Punctual, skilled craftsmen with great communication skills; Bustamante Remodeling is now my “go-to” team for any of my home projects. Throughout my deck and attic door projects Bustamante Remodeling kept me informed of any changes or option, provided well engineered suggestions, completed the jobs in their estimated timelines and were friendly and easy to work with. They are a great team of professionals."

"Excellent company to work with! Prompt response and corrected problem quickly. Will definitely call on again as needed."

"This company was hired to replace some siding on my home. He did a very good job and completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to family and friends."
