Moreover, Alejandro patched & fixed small things around the house without extra charge (changed leaking faucet and charged me only for the price of the faucet). "It was a 2 part job: Part 1 - a tear down of master bedroom en-suite double sink vanity and large plate glass mirror, painting and repair of ceiling wall cracks, installing new vanity and topping with quartz, and hanging 2 - 30x36 mirrors over new vanity. Part 2 - Total tear down of hall full bathroom. Tub removal and conversion to walk in shower, old sink and vanity replaced with under mount sink and new faucets as well as installing new quartz top. Linen closet upgraded to new cabinets and pulls. Walls and ceiling repainted and cracks at wall/ceiling edge repaired. A large boxed-in fluorescent light fixture over vanity removed and replaced with modern 5-light fixture. New towel bars installed as well as new tp holder and medicine cabinet door upgrade. All work was performed at a highly efficient and professional level. It is very apparent this contractor’s top priority is work is done to meet and exceed customers’ satisfaction. The experience was made as convenient to our schedules as possible and clear communication as to responsibilities of customer purchases and what was provided/covered by contractor. Overall an excellent experience. Price was competitive - good professional work, done correctly the first time is never cheap, but you get what you pay for and we are very satisfied with the work done."

"Sales rep disappeared after contracts signed and didn?t annotate a part needed. This lead to labor having to return at a later date to install missing part. The work overall was beautiful but not perfect. Glass door doesn?t close perfectly. It not only clips a plastic strip on the wall that keeps water in the shower but a seperate seal on the bottom of the door is getting carved with every door open. Buyer beware!"

"We hired Luis and his team to upgrade our two bathrooms and to install a new kitchen floor. He and his team went above and beyond in several ways that made the bathrooms even better than we imagined. They extended both showers to the ceiling, prior both were roughly 7 ft tall, in 9 ft rooms. The result is amazing, the showers are both small but don't seem so anymore. Further, both showers now have 7 ft glass doors that are stunning. Luis talked about the doors in the beginning of the project. And honestly, I was skeptical. I thought we don't need fancy doors - just new ones. Boy was I wrong and I'm so glad that we decided to go with Luis' vision. Both bathrooms also feature beautiful granite countertops, cut to fit, that we handpicked along with Luis when we met him at a very fun granite yard. Plenty of granite to choose from and both slabs came with under-mounted sinks that look great. Another big value add that we had not intended was the team's decision to tile the bathtub walls all the way to the ceiling. Prior to the renovation the tiles went about 6 feet. It looks so much richer all the way to the ceiling with big white tiles, very eye catching. We had a new microwave delivered during the project and unfortunately The Home Depot representatives were unable to install it because removal and replacement of part of the kitchen wall was required. Fortunately for us, Luis and company took it on. Cezar, who apparently has the physical strength of two normal men, did the job by himself & it looks great. All of the work was done at what we consider to be very reasonable cost and we recommend that you consider Luis and his team if you are looking to have some work done."

"The entire team at Dilmak was amazing throughout the entire process. Sandie in the front office was terrific in helping us select the products and services that were right for our home. The installation team, led by Mario, was absolutely excellent. They worked very hard over several hot days up in our attic removing our old AC/HVAC units, installing the new systems, replacing and refreshing alll of our ducts, cleaning the existing ducts, adding a Reme Halo air purifier to each of our new units, updating our thermostats, and setting new drainage lines. They did a professional job on everything, and we are very satisfied with the work by this experienced and dedicated team."
