"We had an older concrete driveway which curved towards the garage since we have a corner lot. Kevin gave us a bid and worked with us to determine a layout to expand the driveway to integrate the downspouts for drainage, tie in with the front walkway and the side/rear double wide (8') gate along the back side of the garage. The entire job took 4 days (tearout, prep, pour, cut). There were a few off days for Sunday and a full day of rain on Monday. The total final driveway is 1700+ sq ft. Overall, the work was great! Kevin is easy to communicate with and the work crews were professional and as well easy to communicate with. I couldn't think of a better outcome and project experience. I would definitely work with Kevin and the crews again."

"Domian responded when three other concrete contractors wouldn't even answer the phone to give us a bid. They said that they usually work on larger jobs than ours but they would give us a price if we would agree to be flexible on the work date.  Since our job was a smaller one, their plan was to complete the work when they could couple it with another job nearby.  We agreed.

It took a few weeks to get scheduled but they came and did nice work over 2 days and were very courteous to my wife who was home during part of their work. It started to rain after the concrete was poured and one of the workers said he lived nearby and if weather posed a threat he would return to cover their work. The rain was light, no cover was needed and the sidewalk looks good. The buried downspout now empties rainwater harmlessly to another part of our yard instead of the walk up to our front door which will be a major improvement when winter comes.

I should also add that our sidewalk was not a routine install. It was located over a section of side yard that had a layer of solid rock that prevented the usual dirt removal and form set. The brought a bobcat to clear the path so that the sidewalk would follow a smooth, level path parallel to the street.

There were no surprises. They did what they promised and their workmanship was excellent."

"The Aetna representative was on time and professional. He was courteous but all business, which I appreciated.  He pointed out the drainage problem that was causing the old retaining wall to collapse. He spoke knowledgeably about hydrostatic pressure and how best to resolve the problem. His bid included the trenching and drain installation that we'd need to prevent this from happening again.
We were impressed by Aetna, but their bid was by far the highest we received, even when accounting for the drains, etc., so we used a different company. But I would consider Aetna again for future jobs."
