"Hired this company based on personal reference neighbor received. Utility lines were clearly marked and they cut the internet line almost immediately. This is immediately following winter storms that resulted in over a week of no power, water, and plumbing repairs. I understand the issues from winter storms are not their problem but then to have internet line cut was incredibly frustrating and absolutely preventable. I recommend touring the workers through your yard upon arrival and before they begin working. Do not assume they are paying attention to marks for utilities or sprinklers. The owner’s lack of concern for the issue leads me to believe this happens to them regularly."
