"As always, the team at All Star A/C & Heating Services here in Houston came through for us. Air went out in the downstairs unit at my kids home. It turned out to be a capacitor and the fix was only $269! We have been so happy with the honest and fabulous service that we’ve had with these guys for a decade now that we would never even consider calling someone else. We had been ripped off by other companies in the past who replaced entire units that were only a few years old rather than servicing just what was needed. All Star was founded by a couple of guys who got tired of working for dishonest companies that encouraged them to replace unnecessarily, and just wanted to do the right thing in their lives and work. "My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."
