This allowed me to be able to put my dogs up before he arrived. Once here, he notified me and started the treatment. He was quick, efficient, and courteous. Every time Aggieland Green is at my house, they are nothing but stupendous!"

"I hired Jose and Freddy's Tree Service after talking to two other companies. The first reason that I decided on this company, was that they were able to take care of each and every 'issue' I had. I needed the following A patio created A fire pit Raised flower beds designed A large tree removed and other trees trimmed A garden shed removed A huge fireplace/patio removed (this was a tough task) After Jose and I talked and agreed on the design (and he had lots of ideas) we decided to move forward. During the first 1-2 days I added other 'needs' and Jose had no issue taking care of these for me. The project was a challenge for sure and the guys worked tirelessly from early morning until it grew dark. I cannot say anything negative at all about their work ethic. Jose is enthusiastic, has many creative ideas and comes across as a person who LOVES to design and give the customer a beautiful end product. He chose all the plants for me and I'm so delighted with his choices. The patio area is more like a courtyard, with beautiful grey stone and cedar wood landscape lined beds. It truly looks wonderful. Projects are always stressful, no matter what, and this was no exception. During the process, it is always a mess and envisaging the end product isn't easy. Now that it is complete though we couldn't be happier. It is gorgeous and we cannot wait to use the area. In the future, should I need more landscaping done, I would for sure hire Jose and Freddy's Tree Service."

He visually inspected each of our trees. In addition, he applied a treatment to the soil which would benefit the trees. We were very pleased with his work."

"Rob and his crew installed a root barrier to protect the back of our house from foundation problems from a large oak tree.  They also added catch basins to existing drainage pipes as well as replacing some piping where needed.  Rob spent a generous amount of time taking a good look at our property, assessing what would work best and answering all of my questions. "Met with the owner, Luis, to survey my yard and I told him to tear most of the existing landscaping out and start from scratch. He made some great suggestions on how to revive our entire yard and add some much needed color and low maintenance flowers and plants. We agreed on the work scope and a fair price that included 2 guys helping him. His crew showed the next day and knocked most of the project out on the first day and came back the next day to tidy up some loose ends. "We contracted for this work in June 2014.  At the time, HRR Services was doing other work on our home, and Phillip (the manager) encouraged my husband to use HRR for the A/C replacement.  We were told that the replacement would be in after a week, two weeks at the most.  Because we were assured a quick installation and were told that the installation would not interfere with the other work going on at the house, we agreed.  We went through almost all of July, over a month, before the new unit was installed.  And this happened only after I followed up multiple times with Phillip.  Phillip first told me that his installer was busy, and then wasn't returning phone calls.  Phillip ended up using one of his crew members to install the unit.  Though the installation went smoothly, it took away from time that the crew could have been spending on the other repairs to the house. And after the unit was installed it needed repairs.  Those were addressed promptly after we notified HRR.
HRR would receive a better rating overall if not for the significant delay in installation and the unreliability of its outside AC installer.  We did like the crew member (Marcus) who ended up performing the installation."

"This is my second time using Ricky's services. We communicated via text to arrange appointment time. He provided 4 hour window for service and text his arrival time 30 min before. Once arriving he and I walked the lawn & he listened to my concerns & desires for improvement. He took time to educate me on the condition of my lawn and ways to improve. His improvement suggestions were all DIY options. At the end he mentioned he does offer extended services for lawn care beyond aeration if I want to consider outsourcing. At no point in the conversation did I feel pressured or bamboozled. Ricky provides a professional and courteous experience. I recommend Ricky for lawn services. I contacted BuildTechz and asked them for before and after photos for various jobs they performed in the past. I can honestly say, I was impressed with the workmanship. Initially, I spoke with Harold, who was very professional, knowledgeable and took his time to explain what was required to complete the job. This is what really sealed the deal for me! There were some shingles that needed to be replaced so as to prevent water from leaking into my home. Harold promptly sent me a quote after a technician examined the issue. The cost was reasonable and I decided to go ahead with the work. The technician was prompt, professional and reiterated what Harold told me over the phone. Overall, I was pleased with their work and will used them again if needed."
