"Robet Knight has been my property consultant he is very knowledgeable, friendly polite and will answer any question or concern if he doesn't know he will find the answer. I had been told by the HOA landscaping that my ash tree was dead, I had Robert go over the service history and he showed me the areas he was injecting the tree to protect it and the equipment he was using, it was very interesting I watched the product being injected, (just like getting a shot) and the ports at the base of the tree has these yellow IV ports so the liquid does not leak out. The end result is all my tress look very healthy, no pests and the shrubs around the property look great. Robert is an outstanding representative and teck, he always makes me feel like I am his most important customer, I really should say he makes me feel like I am family. I had used another company for many years when we were in Piny Creek I switched to Fit Turf 15 years ago when we built in Eagle Bend and I have been very pleased with lawn and tree service, and I feel they have been very fair on their pricing and value. "Another great experience with Tree Pros. I have used them in the past to prune a massive 100+ year old oak (see review from 12/30/2010). In our new house (with much younger trees) and I had them provide a bid to plant a new tree and prune three 10 year old tree. The arborist, Mike, arrived on time, addressed to my questions/concerns, and wrote up a bid. Due to a rainy spring, we had to reschedule this work several times, but the owner, Paul, communicated this with me each day of the scheduled work. Eventually a very competent couple of guys came out to perform the work. The crew lead was able to tell me all about how to care for and maintain the newly planted tree as well as the other trees which they pruned. He did a really nice job of pruning out the trees to open them up and keep the branches out of the street/car area. Great job cleaning up afterwards as well. I would definitely use them again."
