I offer the removal and installation of both simple and decorative concrete (Broom, Stamped, Exposed finish, etc...) I specialize in flatwork (i.e. patios, porches, and driveways) I will not overcharge and my work always comes out clean. My business is new, but I have been in this industry for 5 years and have poured millions of sq. ft. of concrete and learned from those who have done it for much longer. "I purchased a home that was built in 1980.  As a part of updating this home, I wanted to modernize the fireplace, which was very dated looking.   It's very hard to find anyone with expertise in this area, however, upon contacting Jesse Noriega, he advised that he had people who could handle my projects.
The representative that came out was Everardo Leon, who listened to what I wanted done and assured me that they could handle the job.  The first job tackled was the fireplace.  I opted for a stacked stone and they had me go to their supplier and select the type and color of stone that i wanted.  There was a little issue of pieces cracking after the initial installation, however, upon inspection, both Everardo Leon and Jessie Noriega indicated that they would make it right.  They did just that.      The end product was beautiful.
Do's:    Make sure you ask questions as to the pro's/con's of the stone you select.  I didn't ask enough.  I am happy with the result,
however, if I had it to do over again, I'm not sure I would have opted for this stone, as the pieces were difficult to align and fit  together.
Don't:  Don't settle.  You are spending alot of money and you should be satisfied with the end result.

"We informed  him the baseboards were the most important.  After painting the laundry room and hallway he took a 1/2 hour  lunch break.  When he returned he gave the laundry room a second coat and spent 2 1/2 hours in there with the door closed (7ft x7ft room) ???!!  He informed us he did not have enough time to paint the baseboards.  We were so upset that we painted the 25ft of baseboards while he finished the soffit.  We feel he had enough time to paint the small amount of area that we requested.

"Owner is nonchalant dude, I called one time and he was like “hah???” Real loud cause he didn’t realize I was talking about my turf lol. But the quote was fast and to the point, the workers were super respectful asked if where they parked was ok and worked fast. The owner came by to look it over after. It looked great still does, i told him I was a dollar short during payment he said it was fine but then I pulled out 4 quarters (embarrassing haha). Will use again if I expand my turf to the rest of the yard."

Several of the other five companies were highly rated within Angie's List, did not bother to visit the site, simply quoting the resurfacing. R O W altered the quote several times per my requests to customize the quote. They did not try to and quot;up-selland quot;, and proved a range of options and prices (thanks Randy!). They were able to start within the contracted start date, and a full team finished the job on time, even during the brutal summer heat. The quality of the work, both the color-flecked quartz surface and tile work, was very good. They made sure the start-up went well, even in my absence.
Without R O W, I doubt this job would have gone so well, we're very please with the result and the price was a bargain given the size and condition of this pool. My last contractor had walked off the job because of the spa wall re-build - R O W saved the day.
