"Fantastic! We had hired a handyman from SMAP ( send me a pro ) to install a new bathroom door for us and he did such a terrible job that the door would not even close. Hg came out and corrected the situation so we now have a perfectly functioning door. We now know who to recommend , and who not to recommend, when work needs to be done."

"Carlos and his assistants did great work. We were repairing a 50 year old large barn that needed rotten wood replaced, posts replaced, blocks replaced and block joints repaired, a lot of siding replaced, many holes in the tin roof repaired, gutters installed, rafters repaired, floorboards replaced, outside steps to the upstairs, and painting the whole exterior. Carlos was excellent at spotting problems with the building, communicating them, and coming up with solutions. He worked quick and efficiently and was reliable, always showing up when he said he would and was good at communicating (through text mostly and the occasional phone call). He did a couple extra repairs beyond what I asked him, just because he saw they were needed. He knew what he was doing and what products were needed. To save me money, I bought the materials which was fine with him. I would say his only weakness was in developing a detailed materials list before the project started. He knew what he needed but putting down details on paper wasn't his strong point. He and his helpers were courteous and friendly."

"John did a good job installing my mirror closet doors and took great care in preparing the area to avoid potential mess and damage. My doors looked great and my house was clean."

"They were up front about what we were facing and performed exactly what they agreed to repair. We really loved the siding that was installed after replacing all facia boards and soffit. They also fixed my front porch and covered it with siding and put up new guttering and new posts on the front porch. The whole job looks really good!"

"I needed a door built in and framed at the bottom of stairs leading to a separate apartment. After 4 months and multiple contractors committing to, then canceling, or not showing up, I found Joe Maguire. he showed up when he said he would, he was always timely, friendly and professional. And did an outstanding job! The built-in frame and door are seamless and look like they've always been a part of the apartment. His prices are extremely reasonable, and most importantly for me he showed up when he said he would, finish the job in a timely manner, and really did good work! I've already got him lined up for some other jobs as well!"

"Very highly recommended. JKH replaced a custom-sized window, siding alongside a chimney, and an exterior door. All three projects involved painting, which was very well done. Jekson Hernandez' communication was excellent, the crew was highly skilled and very respectful, the clean up was perfect. The price was also very reasonable and the time to complete well within expectations. I intend to use JKH Construction again for any home repair projects."

"This was our first time working with Michael's Construction and Maintenance Service. Our wood fence and gate needed repair. Michael was on time, his price was very fair, and the workmanship was excellent. The great reviews on Home Advisor are definitely warranted. Michael was a pleasure to work with as was the gentleman (Hector) who worked with him. We highly recommend MIchael's Construction and Maintenance. In fact, we have already discussed our next project with him."

"Garrett was punctual and professional! He did a great job repairing my dining room chair and I would highly recommend him👍"

"Needed drywall repairs in two places. Isaac fixed both, including repainting. Easy to work with. Would recommend!"
