"<p>The salesman was professional most of the time, did a decent job of explaining the products we selected and scheduled the installation in the time period we wanted.  The installation of the windows was fine but the installation of the doors was a disaster.  After they were first installed, all three doors leaked cold air and were not installed properly.  They had to be removed and reinstalled which resulted in two of the doors being ok but the third door still does not fit properly and needs to be removed and reinstalled again.  I have asked the owner to give me a refund.  We will see how that goes.  I recently received a quote for additional windows but will probably not use this company because of the problems we had with our last order.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
