"Ryan called me at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon. By 5:30 that same evening, he had a crew out looking at my roof to determine the problem. After determining the problem, Ryan quoted me a price and as soon as I said yes, had Rigo working on my roof. By 7:30 that same evening, the repair was complete. That evening/the next morning it rained, and I noticed the leak was still there. Ryan texted me the next morning to see how the repair worked and I explained that there was still a leak. Ryan had Rigo out to my house within the hour, and with it actively raining, Rigo was able to determine the source of the leak. Rigo made his repair and when it rained that evening, I was able to see that the leak had been repaired. Ryan gave me a guarantee that if the leak was not properly fixed the first time, he would come back and fix it until the leak was repaired. Ryan stuck to his word and made sure the leak was repaired properly. Also, Ryan is working with my insurance company to ensure that I reimbursed for the cost of the repair. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone!"
