"Fantastic! All right that is not the usual kind of thing you say about a sewer problem but Gulliford Septic Service was so wonderful it was a good experience. I found Gulliford through Angie's List because we had had bad luck with local plumbers in the past. Our first contact was with the customer service representative, Beth, who was extremely pleasant and helpful. She indicated she had to check with one of the technicians first as we were not sure exactly what the problem was and promised to call back within an hour - and she did! We then scheduled the service. The technician, Jonathan, called before coming and was on time and extremely pleasant. He explained what the problem looked to be and then began working. The blockage was not clearing so he had to go through several different tips with no luck. He then asked us if we would want him to use the camera as there would be an additional charge; we approved. Jonathan even let us watch the screen to see how the camera progressed, or in our case, did not progress. We were unable to determine where our sewer line went to so he called the City of Urbana and the city crew came out to discuss. It was determined not to be a city problem so Jonathan did a little more investigating and found the likely linkage for our property. He then went back to the office and got another technician along with the trailer jetter. It took 4-6 times with the jetter to clear the problem. Jonathan had us run cold water through house tubs and flush the toilets to be sure it all ran clear; he also ran water from the hose down the sewer line and that also ran clear. He and his co-worker went over the problem with us and gave advice on how to avoid potential problems. I cannot praise the service we received enough! We heartily recommend Gulliford Septic Service!"
