If you need handyman, maintenance or contracting work done on your home or, as is our case, on a rental property, hire him today. I bought my first home in 1993. For the last several months, Mr. Joseph has responded with grace and aplomb to needs both large and small, urgent and longer term. He sends videos of his diagnosis of problems, sends a reasonable estimate, does the work, documents the finished product via video, sends an invoice, gets paid and... voilá! Problem solved. This was not a good fit for me for this particular job. Estimates are not free. I would consider them for smaller jobs that I do not have time for."
