Instead of cutting a hole in one of our bedroom walls to reach a tight space (as originally expected), Ryan was able to crawl into the space and insulate it from the inside which saved us from having to fix/paint the wall afterward. They ended up needing an extra few hours beyond the 2 days they originally anticipated to ensure the job was done the right way. After the work was completed, we noticed a light fixture in our master bathroom shower was not working properly. Matt came back to assess the situation, and he fixed some loose wiring that was causing the issue, free of charge.
