Creig has provided services for us for years.  Whatever needs doing on a house, he can and does do.  He is a skilled electrician, plumber, contractor, etc.  He has fixed garage doors, installed new garage door openers, installed lighting indoors and outside, fixed sliding glass doors, fixed plumbing leaks, etc. He comes immediately in case of an emergency to do emergency repairs.  He is always very professional, extremely skilled and a real gem. He cleans up thoroughly before leaving. I can't praise him highly enough.  He is honest and will tell you truthfully what can/should be done or what can wait. His charges are very reasonable. "GE Profile Freezer/icemaker hasn't been cold enough for months and we waited through several repairs since August 2024. It's now end of January 2025. Several other service techs came out many times. This week a tech finally misrepresented appliance as working to AHS homewarranty even though the ice in the icemaker was purchased from Raley's, and not made by GE icemaker. It has ice, and it's cold enough and working, said AT technician. The homewarranty AHS offered that I get a second opinion and Samer Appliances came out within a day and fixed it! The click click click click of ice dropping is music to my ears. Please give Samer Appliances a call because they actually care about your appliances and they will fix them. They also fixed my dishwasher!"

He came out on that Saturday morning and replaced the water heater with an advanced model that reduced emissions. The cost was very reasonable and he did not charge extra for coming out on a weekend.  Mr. Duncan was very polite, thorough in his work, and was obviously concerned that our family needed to have hot water, and he did an exceptional job.
