"Called Alex on Friday. After discussing symptoms with me, he quickly assessed likely problem for door not opening. He came to our house on Friday, Alex quickly found the problem and had the necessary part in his truck. The garage door was fully operational within 10 minutes. By finding the best case problem, he saved us hundreds of dollars in replacing the open/close machinery. Nice person, reasonable price, prompt service, quick diagnosis, and willing to work on Saturday. Couldn't be happier. 5+"
