When we encountered a couple of small issues, he was quick to address and correct them, and assured that things were properly handled. This was a large, 8-week project. We did our homework and acquired several bids. GA Chott wasn’t the cheapest (or the most expensive), but they were clearly the best choice. We give our highest recommendation. You’ll be pleased with both the quality of the work and how it’s handled throughout the process."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."

His bids are detailed, so there are no surprises, and the work is very reasonably priced. Everyone showed up on time and got the jobs done in a timely manner (based on past experience with other contractors, that is highly unusual!). I needed other work done that Bruce does not do, so he recommended another contractor That contractor also turned out to be excellent!"
