He would do a good job of communicating his plan and following through on when he was going to accomplish the work as well as status updates. Since we picked out all the materials, there was a couple things we didn't communicate well on how it should be installed. If something needed to be changed, Jim was very open to making several of the changes that we requested through the project. He also did a good job of cleaning up after himself.
