"Website promises a "thorough" evaluation - actual evaluation provided was minimal, with maximal attempted upsell. Representative informed me, "We don't fix leaks or prevent water entry, we divert the water to drain it." The so-called "solution" offered was to rip up the finished basement carpet and jackhammer the floor to lay a drainpipe from the window area all the way to the sump 50 feet away (which would also require tearing up and through the finished theater room). Like taking a car in for a flat tire and being offered the purchase of a different vehicle. I took down the drywall myself and established that water entry at ground level above the foundation had rotted the frame around the window - replacing the lumber and resealing the egress area will solve the problem. "Solution" offered by Thrasher would have done nothing to resolve issue. Company may well provide services suitable for unfinished basements - however did not make the slightest attempt to diagnose my problem and provide an appropriately logical fix."

"Concrete was poorly done 2 years ago, the color was light grey compared to new concrete pored by an another company. Finish was smooth rather than brushed for traction, concrete was sprayed all over back home wall and grill. Parts were higher than others so not a great grade. Concrete cracked within 1 year and completely failed by year 2. Top lift off and crumbling. Mario said he’d take care of it but months went by without resolve, delays and ignoring communications. Do not recommend this company."

Peoples words mean nothing these days so that is one of our most important priorities for the company, Of course right behind Qaulity Work whish comes in first. Always thinking ahead so your never behind or hjappen to misss something that was much important to the preceding job. "Our siding was blown off during the December 2021 horrible wind storm. We tried unsuccessfully to reattach around 4 pieces of siding several times.
