"We had to follow up several times to get a complete quote. We paid a 50% deposit. The railing that was delivered was not the product quoted (quoted material was higher cost of course). Luckily, the quoted material was adequately documented and BYBD provided the correct railing when shown the quote. We paid the final 50% when all was installed believing the promise that they would pick up the rest of the debris. Two months later, one of the cross boards has sagged ~1/2 inch. We have called 4 times plus one office visit to ask that the sag be fixed and the remaining debris removed. One would think on a $25K project, we would get a return call but I guess once they collected the final payment, promises and guarantees are not honored."
