"I hired to remove my ceiling texture and paint in my living room and upstairs hallway. The upstairs hallway is technically not finished and there were a lot of damages done to my home. One man showed up to do the work. he did not really tarp off anything. He made a huge mess in the process covering my porch, new front doors, kitchen, and all my carpeting in dust. They had to sub out my project to another company. Mr Handyman paid a cleaner to come and clean my carpets. The company they used did not get the dust out of my carpet because a few days later I vacuumed and pulled out ~2 lbs of white dust from my carpets. They also tried to clean my front doors with cleaner that was too strong and stripped the finish on my doors. They paid a second company to come a remediate the floor work. They also restained my deck since we could not get the white cast off it. They terminated our relationship telling me to keep final payment. I was quoted over 9k, I paid ~4.5k and still have damages."

Our phone consultation be it one call or more is charged at a rate of $50.00 and if we come to your home or business to do an estimate we charge $75.00 either of which is credited to your project if we enter an agreement or within 60 days we contract a project of $2250.00 we double the face-value of the fee as credit to your project. It is our mission to provide excellent workmanship and complete customer satisfaction from start to completion of a project. In order to understand the needs and expectations of our customers, we take great care to work and communicate with every customer in a professional manner. Our reputation is based on service, safety, and quality, regardless of how large or small the job. In todays busy lifestyle and every day expenses we value both your time and ours and therefore we do not give free estimates. With over 35 years of professional remodeling, major structural repair, home building, handyman and general home maintenance and repair experience, we are here to meet and exceed all your decking, fencing install and repairs, general maintenance, home repair, painting, pressure washing desires and needs to make you home the house of your dreams. We also do lawn maintenance, house cleaning and much more. Ask about our senior and veteran discounts. Our basic cost for most all services except house keeping and lawn mowing is $300.00 that includes the first hour of labor, plus materials then there is an hourly rate per man per hour thereafter. However most projects we do give a written estimate that is valid for 96 hours...

"Clint and his team were getting ready to start a minor renovation project when we had to pivot due to our house "getting flooded" due to backed up inlets in the street. I called our insurance, and their recommended contractor did not even call me back, but Clint and his team immediately swung into action and helped with the remediation and correcting the issue (cleanup, flood cuts, structure dry out, replacement of damaged walls, floors, millwork, etc.). I met with my Landscaper to review some extensive exterior work (storm erosion cleanup, correct leaning retaining wall, replace eroded stone areas and damaged rip rapped channel) and he could not get to it, but Clint and his team were able to get a crew out there immediately to correct these issues also. I would highly recommend Clint and his team at Mid Tenn Trades. Their attention to detail is superb."

They also painted inside and outside, installed new tile to my foyer floor, and demolished my old deck in the back and rebuilt a beautiful new deck with new stairs and finished screened porch with electrical. We look forward to more projects with them as we bring this 1965 ranch into this century. They were very professional, and very easy to work with. They listened and made any adjustments needed. All their subs were top notch. They also cleaned up when they finished and sent a cleaning crew to finish the job. "
