When they knew they would not get to me until 2015, the firm let me know. I was concerned what would happen over the winter if there were problems and the rep let me know that they would address any problems free of charge. There were no problems over the winter and they contacted me early to let me know I would be the first customer of the spring. A full crew came on site to perform the work. "The Metal roofing was fine but the Bathroom was not good they had to put all the drywall up they put down a new counters and bathtub and surround when they finished the toilet start leaking the whole frame rusted out and the tiles on the floor one of them is underneath the sink cabinet and sticking out half an each and the cabinet surround has leak and leak in to my living room they did not give me a price on how much would it cost and came back a week later mentioned that we need to pay another 4000 for the drywall they did not provide the light bar on the medicine cabinet that was a extra cost and not installed toilet paper in and a back stand they charge me extra for the wiring did not sand the trim on the window."
