"We ordered a window from them the end of April. The beginning of June they came to put the window in. They had ordered the wrong size. The said that they would rush order it and we would have it in a month. After waiting a month and not hearing from them, we called to find out when the window would be put in and they said that they would check and get back with us. After many more calls we were told that the window wouldn't be in until July 23rd. We requested a refund and after many more calls were told that they don't give refunds. The window was finally installed on August 2nd over a week after they received it. We will never do business with them again.!"

JTR is a factory authorized Carrier dealer and the Carrier Presidents Award winner for 2009, 2010 & 2013. JTR works out of a flat rate book for residential service. We charge a diagnostic fee then the technician quotes the repair to the customer from the book before any repairs are made. JTR offers 24/7 emergency service.
