"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

"For the first time in years my basement is totally dry after a rainstorm! What a relief! After hearing horror stories about digging up foundations and incredibly expensive repairs, I finally got it done. It turned out to be simple and at $500. affordable. The guy came and injected the crack with a (urethane?) foam. It oozed out and sealed everything up. The guy was neat and tidy and finished it up really well. If I painted it you'd never know there was a crack. Thanks Guys! I am super pleased!"

"Very prompt and gave detailed information about work that was going to be performed. A salesman was let go so I had to make several calls before I found his replacement to get the second part of my job completed. They left a pretty big mess at my home as well as denting my water heater. They did a good job but I think someone should follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied and all of the work was performed correctly."

"We are very happy with the service! Caleb was very through, explained our options, performed the service in a timely manner. He had to remove the toilet to snake the drain. He did a great job of replacing the toilet and cleaning up! I would highly recommend this company."

"The gas line to our water heater was damaged by another contractor. Mr. Rooter fixed it by installing a gas ball valve and gas flex line to replace the old line. Scott was scheduled to arrive between 2 and 4pm, but due to a previous job taking longer than expected, did not arrive until after 5pm. He was quick to complete the necessary work and the work he did seems to be just fine. He was friendly and wore bootie covers on his shoes so he didn't track in any snow or mud from outside. Our only complaint is that the job was more expensive than we would have liked."

"The finished product (installation of drainage system/piping along the parameter of my basement) was done very well. However, I was told by the salesman (Bob) that the crew would remove the paneling before work commenced. I should have known that was too good to be true and questioned this but I didn't. The crew cut a foot of paneling off the bottom all the way around the basement parameter. If they didn't want to remove the paneling as promised, that's fine, I would have made arrangements to remove the paneling myself. Now I have to replace/cover all of the cut paneling, at an extra expense not anticipated (nor can I really afford). Also, at the end of day 2 the crew removed all of the protective plastic covering all of my furniture & everything in the basement, even though they had a whole entire day's worth of work still do complete the following day. They assured me that they wouldn't kick up any dust with the work that remained to be done. Totally not true. Dirt and dust all over my belongings. Plus there were a couple of little things that gave me pause (like forgetting to plug in the sump pump after they left on day 1 - the emergency alarm went off because it was going to overflow and I didn't know what was happening - I had to call a crew member on his cell phone to figure out what was going on - thank goodness I was home.) And they left a box of product in my garage that someone had to come back out to pick up a few days later. Everyone was super nice and polite, and I hate to complain about these things, but it was enough to leave me a bit disappointed."

"I'm very glad that I chose Inspector Mike to do the inspection. He's obviously been doing this for many years and has lots of experience with contracting and inspection. He also has a science based method of working though the inspection that I really appreciated. <br /> While his primary focus is discovering and detailing the condition of the house and grounds, as we walked with him he told us what we need to do to fix the issues as that came up. If there are several ways to handle the issue, he described the pros and cons of each, and weighed in on what he would do in that situation. He was never preachy, just a very practical, experienced guy giving the best advice he can from his own experiences. <br /> He repeated this useful process throughout the entire multihour inspection. (I can't remember how long it took, but I do have a 51 page report with photographs to remind me of all the discoveries.) <br /> Mike was very down-to-earth and friendly, so the multihour inspection did not feel like a long drawn out process, but more of a friend who knows about these things showing you the quirks and ins and outs of your new home. He also told us that he would answer questions after the inspection. We have not had to ask any since we have his report, and we also have a small homeowner's handbook and a separate flyer of notes on correcting some of the most frequently seen issues that he gave us on the day of the inspection. <br />"
