"I had Jay install an iron fence. It took him over 6 months to do. IHe kept procrastinating. It was like pulling teeth the whole time. He didn't protect the fence when transporting and he installed damaged posts. He said if I paid him another 5k he would change the worst of the posts out. I paid him and he ditched the job. Never changed the post and didn't complete the job. "
