We contacted Royal Roofing & Siding for an estimate, and they were able to inspect the roof within a couple of days. The estimator was knowledgeable, took plenty of photos, and explained what needed to be repaired without trying to upsell us into a full replacement. The crew arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and kept the property neat throughout the project. They replaced the damaged shingles, repaired the flashing around a roof penetration, and checked the rest of the roof to make sure there weren’t any other weak spots. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they let us know exactly where the project stood each day. "John prides himself in providing quality and excellent workmanship. My particular deck would have been better torn down and replaced but because of the overall size that was not possible on my budget. I attempted to take on this project and did not have the skills or help needed to correct a deck that had been built in two stages and both were not level.  Johns crew spent time correcting this poorly built deck.   Upon completion of the deck flooring being installed. I was impressed and feel he achieved well beyond my expectations  He is a man of his word. He comes to the job site each day instructs his crew what is needed and his crew works quietly and professionally.  If a question comes up he responds quickly and is always will to work with you on a problem. The decks overall width was 21 feet wide by a minimum of 16 then tapering down to go around a above ground poo with a diving deck.  The perimeter of the deck was picture framed so that 20 foot board could be installed without any seams  A hidden deck fastening system was used.to provide a clean look. The railing system was black and with the grey boards against the grey siding updated the entire back yard. In many ways this deck was rebuilt and I feel despite the cost . I encourage anyone with an aged deck to call Timeless Decks and give John a chance to renovate the deck before tearing it down.  I feel if he is contracted to build a new deck you surely will not go wrong. "Rich gave me a competitive estimate to replace my roof (full ripoff), skylights and gutters. He also noted some vinyl siding damage caused by squirrels and agreed to repair it since they also do siding. He was very relaxed and personable and made a good impression so I decided to go with him. I had already talked with another Angie List A+ rated contractor who spent the whole time badmouthing all other roofers. Very obnoxious.
