"I first responded in the morning and by mid afternoon the repair was done. Danny certainly seemed to know what he was doing and had the unit open and diagnosed the problem quickly. The whole job was done easily within a half hour. He even took the time to clean the inside of the unit and vent. The repair cost 1/4 or less of a new dryer. I would hire again."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Excellent job n my dishwasher. Diagnosed the problem and came to the conclusion that we were better off replacing. Also repaired my stove ignitor while here!"

"I was very pleased with their service. My washing machine had broken and was very expensive to repair. In purchasing my new machine through M and L, the service fee from the first visit was deducted, and the price of the machine completely reasonable. They took away my old machine, brought the new machine, hooked everything up, and showed me the differences between my old machine and my new machine. I was very pleased with their service and their promptness. Both of the gentleman who came to my house or a professional, polite, and friendly. I highly recommend this this company."

"I recently called Steve’s Appliance Repair to look at 3 separate appliance issues in my home: My fridge, oven and stackable W/D. What impressed me most was his honesty and restraint. Rather than jumping into unnecessary repairs, he carefully inspected each appliance, explained what he was seeing, made some adjustments, and reassured me that no major fixes were needed. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only knowledgeable but also genuinely committed to doing what’s right for the customer. He didn’t try to upsell or “fix” things just for the sake of it. If you’re looking for an appliance repair professional who’s honest, respectful of your time, and clearly knows his stuff, I would highly recommend Steve!"
