"Home Service Experts matched a $50 offer from a competitor when we called them before the job began. They arrived late but called us to explain their circumstances at least three times in advance of their arrival. They had been on another job which ran late because that homeowner had no heat and Home Service Experts wouldn't leave them without heating. Upon their arrival, they inspected our fireplace and immediately explained that there was no need to clean it. They showed me that the chimney was completely void of creosote by looking up into it with a light. When inspecting the fireplace, we told them that water had been accumulating in it.
