"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

On the date of service, 3 members of staff showed up, two were mainly performing the cleaning and the other was basically observing. The cleaning was definitely subpar, the stove range was only cleaned at the bottom part, the master bathroom was not properly cleaned, these are areas that with a bit of product and proper brushing get properly cleaned. Contacted the owner and they agreed to come for a second visit to finalize the job in an adequate manner and it was still not properly addressed. Also had inquired about upholstery cleaning of a chair, was confirmed to provide service and the day of, the upholstery cleaner was not working."
