They drew things they didn't need to draw, took weeks longer than expected, missed and changed deadline dates, wouldn't refund the "expedited" timeline fee, would sometimes not reply or respond. He knew what my budget was and his proposal was quite fair. His team were great however, there was a bit of a language barrier. The contractor's son was able to help through that. Some of the work had to be re-worked but overall I am happy with the work they did to repair my home. Jay's team were quick to respond to any punch list items after completion.
