"The owner was responsive and timely. We had black chain link fencing installed but some of the latches, etc did not match. When I called the owner he came out promptly and spray painted the parts. Unfortunately, it was raining when his crew was finishing the fence installation and he said that is why it wasn't done earlier. That doesn't explain why they didn't follow up with me and I had to call to request the work be done. Also, several months later I noticed they did not install a bottom rail. I had not specifically requested it, but without a bottom rail the dog can push and wiggle out under the fence, so I believe they should have brought that to my attention. When I called about the problem, I never got a call back, but it was shortly after Hurricane Irma so I know it was a very busy time."

"The installation went great.  The two gentlemen that came out did an excellent job.  We were very pleased.  They told us that if we needed anything to give them a call.  They showed us how to use the fence.  When they walked our beagle, they told us that she might need a higher number and the next size transmitter.  Well, sure enough she went through the fence, but came back through it.  My husband called and left two messages about getting the next size transmitter.  No one returned his calls and it has been several weeks.  We have to watch our beagle carefully.  Our other two dogs have done wonderful with the fence. <br />"

Once the permit was issued,  they were able to remove and replace the fence in less than three days,  which given the craftsmanship involved, the quality of the materials and the attention to detail, was in itself amazing by Miami standards.  Following inspection and approval of the new fence by the Shores' building inspector,  the Company even went to the extent of replacing a number fence panels that had cosmetic issues. <br /> <br /> We will definitely use Abba Fence Corp again and have since recommended them to our neighbors as well. <br /> <br />"

"Company was recommend by our pool company. We were quoted a price and paul came out the day before to view the job and meet me. After the fence was reinstalled I️ was texted a bill for $300 more than price quote. Explained to Paul how he should have told me the increase in price the day he came to see my yard and the job and definitely beofre he began the work. We FAILED inspection on the fence replacement and I️ had to pay someone else to come fix the job properly to pass the inspection. Paul also is texting me they are a CASH only business which after all of this seems shady."
