Fidelity Roofing replaced our roof due to roof leak and overall need to be replaced. Jonathan came out and did an assessment and also took time cover the leak with tarp until repair/replacement. And it didn t matter if we were going to contract with his company or not. When the job was completed, he came and inspected and did any cleanup or anything that his crew had left incomplete. "They upsold me on gutters and windows. One section of the gutter is not right. They have a hole just going from one section of the roof right onto the shingles and it backs up with leaves. The roof is great. The windows are already falling apart and I really wish they were installed better. Pretty janky install. Just cut out the ole windows and put new ones. While covering the wood trim with vinyl trim. Didn’t matter that the wood is rotten underneath. Yeah well. I won’t be in this house forever. "
