Jake H. came by for the estimate, and even though it was late and dark (so we skipped walking the roof), he was straight with me from the start. No BS, no pressure tactics - just honest talk about what needed to be done and a fair quote. During the job, they did find some bad roof sheeting under the shingles. Anyone with basic common sense knows you can't see that stuff until you get down to the wood - it's just part of the deal.
