"The job went great! They were able to remove a very large drainpipe that was 5 feet below the road. Additionally they installed a larger pipe for us, and did an excellent job getting it seated in place and covering it up. The road going into our farm doesn't flood anymore and the water is able to drain nicely on the sides where they helped dig the angle much better than any piece of farm equipment we had on hand. Mr. Lozy was kind enough to help us dig a really small pond for the deer as well. With his excavator it took 3 minutes, what would have taken me 18 hours and a broken back to do with a shovel."

I priced the project with another company for the exact same materials and job, and High Point Plumbing had a much better rate. The HomeAdvisor process was simple and easy to use. I posted the job on a Firday night around 730-8pm and James called me within 15 minutes. He gave me pricing estimates on the phone and then scheduled a time on that Monday to come and firm everything up. He then completed most of the job on the next Friday in one day. He had to come back today to add the shut off valve and adjust the pressure. He is very professional and very explanatory of everything he is doing. I will be calling him in the future for any other plumbing needs for my family."

"guys did a great job with pumping tank but their old pump truck leaked oil and greese all over my driveway.i've been told by the owner that there's not much he could do but bring a pressure washer out and try to get it up.i've been using dawn detergent and scrubbing it rinsing with hot water.seems to have helped some.my advice to owner is get your truck fixed because next customer might not be this nice about it."

"A representative for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Kernersville called me around 10:00 am and indicated he had a plumber in the area who would be able to come to my home within 1 1/2 hours. I had a 36 year old natural gas hot water heater that had begun to leak. I knew it needed to be replaced, and an expansion tank needed to be installed. Sebastian arrived around 11:00 AM, reviewed the heater, and provided pricing options. I asked when he could get to the job and he indicated he could do the job that afternoon, he just needed to go get the materials. The installation was quick and done very well. The original flue and gas lines were used, and new inlet and outlet pipes were installed. The job was completed and Sebastian was leaving my property by 3:30 PM."
