"Can’t say enough positive things! 1) Told me that insulating some parts of the house wouldn’t help this issue - “We want your business, but we won’t sell you what you don’t need!” My first quote from another company was “$4,500 ~ $6,500!” The work they did was significantly less than $750! It is very RARE these days to work with truly honest business owners!! 2) They called the next day to tell me that the insulation was coming from a different warehouse so the installation might be delayed from the scheduled morning to later that same day, but in the afternoon. But, when the insulation came in earlier than expected, they called to see if they could come EARLIER than originally planned! They did a very good job of plugging air leaks, moving stored items to a small storage area in the attic, then blowing in the insulation. They also put a tent over the attic stairwell - all at a competitive price. I am quite pleased with their work, and got it done just in time for the latest blast of polar air! "

"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed.
