They also fertilized the whole area where there were a lot of other plants and shrubs that were around the root area. They also pruned some other trees. They were eager to do their work. "Over the fall I had a different company do a few fertilization treatments, and boy did it make the grass grow in thick and healthy!  Flash forward a few months to spring and add in the sunny weather and rain storms and my grass went from healthy and normal looking to an intimidating jungle-like disaster!  I thought about mowing my grass last weekend as it was still probably manageable.  Then it rained, and was sunny, and rained, and was sunny again.  My grass must have shot up 4-6 inches in a few days!!  At this  point I realized I needed professional help.  Enter Grass Scapes.  <br /> I called them at 1 PM on Tuesday and he had his guys there at 5 PM same day.  When they got there they looked around and decided that 75.00 would be reasonable for everything.  It was more than I wanted to pay (only because my laziness allowed the grass to get this tall and I hate paying for things that I could have prevented.  This is not the companies fault, the 75.00 is a good price).  The grass in the front and side yards was long, but the grass in the big, sloping back yard was REDICULOUSLY long.  We're talking over a foot tall!  I agreed to the 75.00 and wished them good luck.  An hour or so later the job was complete and it looked FANTASTIC!!!  It was the best 75 bucks ever spent!!! <br /> I promised to not let it get that bad again, and if I needed help I would call them back sooner rather than later.  I would recommend these guys to everyone.  They were prompt, professional, and the result was outstanding! <br />"
