"New liner installed 3 years ago and for 3 years I have been trying to have the liner installed without wrinkles from one end to another. Last year I had emptied my pool 3 times for them to repair it. Which take 3 days and lots of $ to refill. Most of the summer without a pool. No one with any authority came to look at the work. I would not recommend Prestige Pools for any vinyl liner replacement. Same excuse every time "understaffed". I might suggest hiring someone that knows what they are doing. During one of the 3 tries I had 2 guys sitting on my patio watching water being pumped out of the pool that only had less than a foot of water in the deep end of the pool. Waste of time?"

"There aren't a lot of pool companies who will replace an above ground liner. I didn't think the customer service was great and it seems overpriced, but there aren't a lot of options so I appreciate they came to do this work."

They also added little extras that went above and beyond the contract including removing branches and leaves out of my driveway and sliding my shed over and squaring it up.
