"Incredibly smooth. He was always on time. He protected the carpet & cleaned up after himself everyday. He was patient with me & provided advice when asked. He made sure we always had one bathroom functioning. He gave me plenty of notice when the water would be turned off. He hauled away the old vanities, shower doors etc. He completed the project in a timely manner. We are very pleased."

"Shawn was very prompt and helpful with the estimate process; he saved me money by avoiding unnecessary work. He really understood my budget and needs. My project was probably relatively small for Golden Hammer, but I still felt valued. General contracting has so much going on and so many things to consider, but things still went about as smoothly as possible. There were a couple little hiccups, but Golden Hammer was committed to being 100% satisfied with the final product. I have a very sharp eye, and Shawn does too -- at one point he had some flooring re-done which he wasn't satisfied with. I worked primarily with Brandon who was very good to work with, and all the workers were great. The tile and cabinet guys were terrific. Golden Hammer has a great network of workers, and nearly a year after the project, everything still looks brand new. My kitchen and bathroom look great, and I'd hire them again for any major remodel project!"
