All who represented the company from the design consultant to the installers were professional, kind and very knowledgeable. We called to book and free estimate and the lady on the phone was extremely pleasant. The designer was on time for the appointment and did a thorough explanation and presentation of the company and products. She used a iPad so that we could see all kinds of different pictures of colors and options. The meeting was actually fun! We picked out all our choices and for all that we were getting the price was extremely fair. We had done research prior to the appointment and determined that this was company and product we wanted. The installer came out a couple weeks or so later and did the template, explaining what to expect on installation day! That was very helpful. Finally, the installation was a cinch. The install team arrived on time and everything went easy and when they were finished - WOW what a difference! We used the plumbing company they recommend, Rock Solid Plumbing, and he was great!
