"I was so impressed with Marlin and Gary when, this morning, they removed two 24-year-old, 20-inch diameter Crape Myrtle trees close to my electrical transformer. The wood was extremely hard so it took a long time and a lot of strength and power to take them down, even with chainsaws, but they kept at it until the trees were gone. They kept a very neat job site, cleanup was perfect, and they were very professional and cheerful even though it was such unbelievably hard work. After they left, I looked up Crape Myrtle hardness and it turns out Crape Myrtle is even harder than Mahogany. I have always been very satisfied with The Master's Lawn Care services, but Gary and Marlin deserve special recognition because they would not give up even though the work looked to be impossible to do -- they just powered through with their saws until the work was done. Upon arrival he did the inspection of both the attic, the roof and exterior of the house. It does seem that the critter made its way out, but Mike, who was very professional and personable took the time to explain his findings and put my mind at ease. "The smell was getting bad and the flies were just starting when I called Little Rascal Wildlife Specialists to inquire about the cost and how quickly someone could help.  I had called a few other companies but was only able to talk to a receptionist and then called Little Rascals Wildlife specialists and spoke directly with Scott, the owner.  I ask about cost, but he kept asking questions about my situation before he gave me an estimate which the other companies didn't ask questions before quoting a price.  I now understand why the questions, since there is so many variables affecting how difficult the job my be.  He arrived promptly at the appointment time and began his search.  He spent over an hour in the attic with temperatures likely at or over 160 degrees without any luck and had to get out of the heat before passing out.  He had a prior appointment and had to leave, but arranged to return the next day with more searching in the attic before determining  the squirrel was down inside a wall but not retrievable from the attic.  After further searching in the house he determined where he felt it was located and drilled a small hole and using a scope looked inside the wall and he was within a couple of inches of the dead squirrel.  He then cut a small hole, quickly removed the squirrel, treated the area for odor and patch up the wall.  Next a survey of the roof and chimney to insure entry points were eliminated, adjusting the chimney cap to prevent entry. <br /> The work was done in a professional manner and he took the time to answer all our questions. <br />"
