"good customer service and response time. Professional and courteous."

"It was ok. They weren't so quick on responsiveness. I didn't really interact with them much.

It's not that they gave bad service, I just didn't think they were that great. I have a little patch of grass I thought that they could have thrown a couple more seeds on top of. They came out to aerate, but there there is a section of my grass that they could of spent a little more care on. They were out there anyways. Seemed like they just ran their little machine and took off.

They did do the soil analysis. It seemed like they were in a rush.

"Been with Signature Pest Control for 12 years, never had any issues. Their service technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile for me. I highly recommend them for any and all of your pest control issues, you won’t be disappointed."

"First of all, this guy is a certificated ARBORIST! He knows trees!  This was very important to me.  I didn't want "some guy with a chainsaw" to tell me the trees had to come down.
After looking over the trees and their location, he told me that the trees would continue their secondary growth and that growth would push up the pavers in the yard, and even if the pavers were reinstalled the secondary growth would push them up again over time.  He gave me some options to consider.
He is based out of central Orange County and because of distance, he declined to do work in Bellflower which was disappointing.

"Excellent, I am a landscape inspector for a local City and wish our contractors did as good of a job. Couldn't be happier with the work , service, and professionalism"

"It was excellent. He treated our yard like it was his own. He put interest with the plants and grass. He spent a lot of time to make sure it looked good. I referred them to people."

"Most company give you an invoice and leave. The team at Advanced Lawn & Landscaping made me feel like I was part of the process . Enjoy how professional and respectful they were."

"Juan and his team do beautiful work! Juan kept me informed and the costs are fair."

"They were AMAZING! They had a hugh task with removing 2 HUGE Pine trees, 2 LARGE Pepperwoods and 1 smaller tree. They were on time, worked extremely hard. Very friendly and constantly kept us informed as to status and making sure they were meeting our expectations. We were very impressed! They put in a long day with very little breaks! We will highly recommend them and already have! Ken & Kelly Shelton - Corona, CA"

"They did a great job for a reasonable price. They removed shrub and weeds from the original landscape, and basically rebuilt a new foundation. They also added a sprinkler system and laid down sod and grass."
