"We utilized Keith Duerr for our entire basement drywall work (about 3200 sq of wall and ceiling). Keith did a good job and was easy to work with. He did majority of the work himself with the exception of the dry wall hanging. <br /> I wish I could rate Keith a "A" overall but unfortunately Keith's follow up was quite terrible. Keith was supposed to come back to fix some minor issues and I also had some additional work needed and I could not get a hold of him. Multiple emails, texts and phone calls later, I am convinced, like some other reviewers noted here that Keith needs to do a better job with follow up. I can only think he handles everything himself so may have challenges with keeping up with the administrative side of the house. <br /> Overall Keith does a good job and is good to work with and can be a fantastic partner if he steps up on his follow up and communication. I wish him the best. <br />"
