"These guys are the best! They seriously care about their customers and really strive to make sure they deliver a great product. They were on time, quick, and clean. My new roof looks fantastic, and we are really glad we went with this local company. Buying a roof is not a "fun" expense, but I really feel like we got our money's worth: a quality new roof in 1 day, and then new trim capping the next day. They even installed new bathroom exhaust vents and HVAC exhausts. Our house looks brand new. You might get a cheaper rate elsewhere, but these guys do not skimp on quality of product, 50-year warranty, or craftsmanship. They even come back to inspect and follow up to make sure we are completely happy with the services provided! Talk about great customer service! The whole experience was so easy. The salesman/inspector was not pushy, and provided a very reasonable quote for what we needed. They also replaced all our rotted wood in the roof/trim."

"The entire experience with Chesapeake Roofing was great. I had a leak and had 4 roofing companies come out to provide estimates. My experience with all of them was good, but Chesapeake Roofing won the contract because of my interaction with Jack and Kurt. When I first noticed the leak I reached out to Chesapeake Roofing and received a return call within minutes of my inquiry. I was hoping for a repair, but none were successful at stopping the leak. When I finally resigned to the fact that I needed a new roof I reached out to Chesapeake Roofing again and the next day Jack was onsite with his friendly companion K-9 to inspect the roof. Jack helped me understand their process fully, worked with me on pricing, and was able to schedule the replacement the very next week. This was a relief given the leak. On the day the roof was replaced the crew arrived on time and had the entire project completed by midday. Jack even came by during the install to check on things. Per their policy and my instruction, they tarped around the house to protect my bushes, siding, deck, and other valued items. When I returned later that day there was no evidence that anyone had been there except for the beautiful new roof that was installed. The house has two additions and two valleys, making it more complex than a standard roof. Jack checked in once the work was completed and has followed up promptly with questions I have had. The best part... no more leak! I would highly recommend Chesapeake Roofing. "I had another company come out and verify that I needed to have work done on my roof and had confirmed I'd need to replace the roof. After reaching out to a number of companies only Certified was able to provide me the comfort of excellent communication (many didn't have the courtesy to reply to my inquiries) and references to sign on the dotted line. They were one of the few companies that had expertise with flat roofs as well as shingle and were able to work around my roof mounted HVAC unit by moving it as needed. They installed a white Mule Hide TPO roof on my main roof as well as on my addition and replaced the roofs for my front porch (which has started to leak and wasn't draining into the gutter) as well as my steep mansard roof. One company I dealt with in the initial phase was unwilling to answer questions I had with regard to the CRRC ratings of the TPO but Certified was always upfront with me and provided me with continuous updates as the work progressed, all via email and by phone. I'd originally expected to have shingles on the former BUR roof on my addition, but the crew determined that a flat roof was more appropriate and replaced it with TPO, with an explanation for their change and at no additional cost. The warranties provided as well as the licensure and insurance were a critical factor to my selection (too many companies seem to be operating in a legal gray area) and I don't expect to have any problems with the work completed, but if I do I know they stand behind their work."
