"Our family home has always been clean and functional but after thirty years it had become more a picture postcard from the 1980’s than the warm inviting image we had in our mind. It was obviously time to update. Unfortunately, after talking with numerous contractors, it seemed we would have to reduce our expectations or spend more than we had budgeted to afford remodeling our “dining room, living room, kitchen” (and eventually bathrooms too!) project. While pondering our next move a family friend told us they recently had Rohan remodel their kitchen/living space and it looked great and was, they thought, affordable. After seeing for ourselves the quality of workmanship, the improvements to ‘flow and functionality’ and the overall aesthetic appeal, we decided to give Rohan a call. Boy are we glad we did! Upon meeting Rohan for the first time we were shown the same optimism, knowledge through experience, flexibility of thought and dedication to quality that would continue straight through to the end of our multi-week project. His proposal/estimate covered all our wants and needs while fitting within our budget. The job was a total re-do and from floors to walls to counters to cabinets to plumbing to electrics and all were handled by Rohan and his team with time honed skill. The work was done in a timely fashion without ever leaving us wondering where people were or what they were going to be doing each step of the way. Every eventual ‘architectural surprise’ was met with candor, budgeted creativity and a hearty “no problem!” In the end our home was transformed ergonomically, aesthetically and affordably into a beautiful space where family and friends gather in happiness and in harmony with their surroundings. "I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent plumbing service I received from Len the Plumber. I paid nearly $300 for a technician to come out for 5 minutes, put a snake in the drain and leave.., yet it is now going on day three and the problem still has not been fixed. Two techs have been out to my home. I find this completely unacceptable. When a customer pays for professional service, they should not be left without a functioning toilet for days. I hoped for timely, effective, and professional service, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this level of service does not reflect the reputation your company advertises. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you. "All work was completed in a professional manner from initial planning through all phases of construction. The job site was maintained as expected. AES worked with us on a few small changes we requested along the way as well. I felt very comfortable with all the craftsperson’s at work in our home. There was great communication with AES throughout the job. I would use their services in the future."

"Jerry was friendly, efficient, straight-talking, and didn't try to upsell us. We didn't need (or want) a lot of design input and had a strong sense for the types of tile and fixtures we wanted. Many of the other contractors who came to give quotes pushed design services or strongly encouraged us to purchase low-quality tile/fixtures through their suppliers, but this wasn't the case with S & J. Elias was fantastic--he helped confirm our tiles and fixtures were appropriate before we finalized our purchases, and we appreciated his attention to detail throughout the process."

"STAY AWAY!!!! This Company cancelled the initial estimate on me 3 times making me drive 90 minutes to the property each time. They finally showed and gave me the typical hard sell "if you sign the contract today..." They gave us a quote so far over market value we should have walked away. But we agreed because of the "70 year history in the industry" We thought we were buying a service from a company with integrity. They took an immediate $18K deposit on a $55K project. I know, shame on me for agreeing to such an amount. We knew we were over spending, but... One month later, they simply cancelled the contract without explanation and without any work on the project. This contract was binding on us but, in their words, was not binding on them because "there's a clause in the fine print that allows them to cancel" THEY STILL HAVE OUR MONEY and I STILL NEED A ROOF Stay away from this company. No integrity No responsibility Unreliable Over priced Will take your money and keep it"
