I did a major master bathroom upgrade (completely new shower, new soaking tub, new Wayne's coating). I got quotes from several competitors and Five Star Baths had by far the best design solution, the best materials (their Sentrel product had a far better look and feel than their competitor's acrylic), and a surprisingly lower cost. I was the most impressed with the quality of people I worked with from the sales person (Patrick), to the owner (Rob), to the designer/installer (Bo), to the office manager (Brittni). They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. "We are absolutely in love with our new shower. We hired West Shore Homes to remove our existing tub/shower combo and replace it with a new shower. The installers Jordan and Tim were very customer oriented and technically skilled. They arrived per the schedule and completed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time. All while being courteous enough to answer all of our questions. The installation was very high quality, and included replacement of the existing drywall behind the shower with plywood sheets. This provided a rock solid backing for the acrylic material that we selected. Additionally, all of the components used were of stellar quality. As I indicated, we absolutely love the finished product and have no qualms about recommending West Shore Homes for this type of work."

"Setting the appointment went smoothly. The Person said they'd call if an earlier slot came open and one did. I was called in the morning and offered to get the Tech, Nick< over once he was finished with an emergency in my neighborhood. Nick called and said he'd be here in about 30 minutes. Very punctual. Work performed and also asked Nick to check the sump pump. He was able to find the retainer clip and re-attached the float. Then he checked the shower pressure at the showered. Found a piece of debris and now that's working better.

"The project manager of the remodel, Jason, was always in contact with me about when workers would be at the house and to see how everything was going. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."
