"Called on Wednesday 08/17/20 talked with owner Mr. Kamienski. He explained what had to be done and gave me his price over the phone. Said he could come out to do the repairs on Saturday 08/20/20 and was there right on time (actually he was early). When he and his wife arrived they both got right to work. He explained why and what he was doing as they worked. Came prepared to do the job and worked steady until it was completed. Also they were very through in their cleanup. They work very well as a team , each knowing they role in the process. We have had a few heavy rains since the repairs and have had no issues with water leakage. "This was my first time using BNC and they were fantastic to work with. Charles gave me a fair price and answered all my questions. He worked alongside his crew on the job and the other guys helping were courteous, knowledgeable and took time to answer questions about the job as I was peeking downstairs to see how it was going. They had laid down brand new cloth runners while walking through the house, and were running a shopvac while using the jackhammer. While a mess was unavoidable, there wasn't nearly as much dust and debris as I expected. Overall, BNC did a great job and I will likely use them again for future home repairs."
