"Shopped around for pricing on a vinyl fence for our yard and ended up going with SJB; they were a little higher than another guy but offered an unmatched warranty on parts and labor which is worth the money in our eyes. He was reachable everyday via phone to answer any of our concerns during the installation, as we were at work while his guys performed the installation. Had one issue during install but he came by after hours to review and fixed it the next day without any problem. "We ordered our fence in April 2021 knowing the fence could not be installed until after July 2nd, our pool installation date. Pool was installed on July 2nd and Tom was in communication with me consistently to update me on the date of fence install. The fence was installed on 7/27 and it looks great. The work was done really well and the crew left no mess behind. The weather and shipping delays pushed the install back a week or two but once the weather cleared and materials were delivered, the fence was installed in one day. I would recommend Best CO fence as the work was done to perfection and Tom communicates well with customers. My only warning to consumers would be the fence install depends on the materials being delivered by the manufacturer and the weather. With no control over either of those two issues, Tom was very clear and honest about when the work would take place. So if you order a fence in August and want it installed August, keep in mind they cannot control when the materials get delivered. But again, Tom was great and I am extremely happy with the finished product. I will definitely use Best CO fence in the future for all my fencing needs."
