"My oven 'OFF' switch stopped working. R&J determined I needed a new control panel membrane and quoted a replacement part price of $818 (which I prepaid), advising it might be weeks before the NLA part could be sourced. After 3 weeks of searching, Juliano let me know their sources yielded nothing, so I asked for part number. I found it online myself for <$50, so Juliano promptly refunded the $818. When the part arrived I booked the repair with R&J, assuming they'd honor the promise to credit my $99 initial service call fee toward installation service call. In the end, Juliano declined to honor that promise, which was disappointing. My oven works now though, so all's well that ends well, I guess."

"Jorge was friendly and knowledgeable. Price seemed fair for installing a security camera for me, but we had to work out some challenges getting power to the right spot. Only gripe is that he didn't give a receipt for work done, sort of important for electrical work being done on the house."

"Painting job was good. Cleanup and making sure they cover items while paining or sanding could use some improvement. Overall pleased with the painting job."

The installation was done quickly and neatly, and everything works perfectly. Communication was great throughout the entire process — responsive, clear, and on time. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for reliable and professional electrical work!"
